Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery – Inside Beirut: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Delivery – Outside Beirut: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days, depending on your region.
- Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery (availability may vary by area). Express orders must be placed before 16:00 PM.
Delivery estimates may be affected during holidays, high-demand periods, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and location.
Delivery Areas We currently deliver across Lebanon. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).
Customers may receive delivery updates through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email when available.

Product Availability While we work to maintain accurate stock availability, some products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases:
